Peter Jacobsen designed it. The Sierra Nevada surrounds it. And every dollar you spend there goes to families fighting Huntington's Disease. Here's everything you need to know.
The 2024 event sold out before half of Reno knew it was happening. The 2025 tournament did the same. In 2026, we're giving you more notice.
May 29, 2026. Gray's Crossing Golf Club. Truckee, CA. 12:00 PM Shotgun.
Register before this one fills too.
The Course

Gray's Crossing is a Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy design in the Sierra Nevada pines above Truckee, just off Donner Pass Road. Elevation: around 6,000 feet. Views that make you stop mid-swing.
The course plays differently than anything in the valley. Narrow tree-lined fairways. Elevation changes that demand course management. A layout that rewards smarts over power.
For the 2024 inaugural event, we played Old Greenwood — a Jack Nicklaus design in the same neighborhood. Gray's Crossing is the upgrade.
The Format
Four-person scramble. Everyone hits, everyone picks the best shot, play continues from there. It's golf that rewards a good team more than an individual handicap.
Box lunch included. Post-round gathering.

The Cause
100% of proceeds go to the UC Davis Huntington's Disease Center of Excellence — Huntington's Disease Center of Excellence in Sacramento — the only HD specialist clinic serving Northern Nevada families — read more about our causes.
No overhead. No administrative cut. The money you spend on your round goes directly to neurologists, psychiatrists, a genetic counselor, a social worker, and physical therapists who specialize in HD.

2024 Sold Out. 2025 Sold Out. Don't Miss 2026.
The inaugural 2024 event raised $25,000 for HelpCureHD — read the full IVF story. That money funded IVF for Brandon and Rylee Puccini — a young couple carrying the HD gene. Rylee is now pregnant with an HD-free baby.
"One tournament. One couple. One generation freed from this disease."
In 2025 we shifted focus to the UC Davis clinic — protecting specialist care for the 90+ Nevada families already living with HD.
In 2026 we return. Same commitment. Different course. Same mission.
Book your spot. Call Sean at 775-691-8860 for hotel details, group packages, or sponsorship questions. We'll see you on the course.
