Dear HD Community,
We are incredibly grateful for the support the HD community has shown our UC Davis HDSA Center of Excellence Clinic over our 3 years. With the HD community's support, we are able to provide expert multidisciplinary HD care for our patients and their families having access to neurologists, psychiatrists, social worker, genetic counselor and physical therapists.
In 2025 we were able to offer the addition of a neuropsychologist and OB/GYN experts to our HD clinic to better serve patient needs. While our focus is on clinical care, we also engage in many educational events to teach others about HD, train the next generation of HD care providers, and are an active HD research trial site.
While we remain optimistic and very hopeful about developing HD therapies and the impressive landscape of research trials being conducted in HD, we need to continue to provide quality clinical care for those living with HD symptoms today. The horizon is bright for future meaningful treatments, however we also remain committed to providing families living with HD today clinical expertise and support through our HDSA Center of Excellence.
